By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Refined Services Group LLC and the Site's creators. This includes images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

User Contributions

Users may post photos, videos and public comments where the Site allows it. By posting publicly on our Site, you agree not to act illegally or violate these Terms and Conditions.

Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you are solely responsible for your account and the security and privacy of your account, including passwords or sensitive information attached to that account.

All personal information you provide to us through your account must be up to date, accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Sale of Services

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of cleaning services available on our Site, including one-time home cleaning services and recurring home cleaning services.

The services will be paid for in full upon completion of the service. Information, descriptions or images about our services are provided as accurately as possible, but you agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid.

Subscriptions and Cancellation

Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

We do not charge cancellation fees or rescheduling fees as long as we have a 24 business hour notice Monday-Friday 7am-11pm EST. Call 973-567-3499 to cancel services if needed.

Payments and Refunds

We accept credit card, debit and direct debit payments. When you provide payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use.

We offer no refunds once the service is completed.

Consumer Protection Law

Where consumer protection legislation applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Refined Services Group LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates will not be liable for actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees, from your use of the Site.

Refined Services Group sends SMS updates, confirmations and reminders about cleaning services to clients who have opted in through the website. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18+ years old to use this SMS service.
